Positive for anti-centromere antibodies

Autoimmune connective tissue disorders

Scleroderma renal crisis within the last six months

Uncontrolled, severe hypertension within the last six months

Persistent low blood pressure within the last six months

Myocardial infarction within the last six months

Unstable cardiac angina within the last six months

Corticosteroid use within the last four weeks

Use of any other non-steroid immunosuppressive agent, small biologic molecule, cytotoxic or anti-fibrotic drug within the last four weeks

Known active bacterial, viral, fungal, mycobacterial or other infection, including tuberculosis or atypical mycobacterial disease

Malignant condition within the last five years

Positive test for HIV

Active hepatitis

Current alcoholic liver disease, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis or moderate to severe hepatic impairment

Organ transplant

None of the above
